3NF Consulting is dedicated to finding projects for any IT professional that wants to work, and saving our clients significant money in the process.  We are a Christian owned firm, and operate under those principles for all clients, regardless of religious beliefs.

We are looking for Christian investors to help push 3NF to the next level.  Currently, almost all of our clients are found via word of mouth and referrals.  We are seeking investors to make an equity based investment of all or part of our funding goal of $250,000.  This works out to $100/share, which is 25% of the outstanding shares of 3NF.  Ideally, the minimum investment would be $50,000/500 shares.

This funding amount covers 2 years salaries and operating expenses such as marketing, lead generation, demonstration servers for various products and services.

3NF has completed three fiscal years, and showed a profit in each. 2004 is on track to be the best year ever for 3NF.

Revenue

Our plan is to hire a well known lead-generation firm to outsource the cold-calling effort so that we can take qualified leads and turn them into clients.    This firm has been identified and has a proven and impressive track record.

Income Projections:

For every full-time contractor 3NF puts at a client site, monthly gross profit  = $1600.  Since our monthly overhead is well under $500, we are profitable with just one full-time contractor.  Our goal is to increase and maintain our full-time billing consultant base by 5 every month over the next two years.  If this is accomplished, Gross profit would be $2,400,000, or $240/share.  If only one is added, we are still looking at $480,000 or $48/share over the next two years.
